Boats, Ships, Etc.

My Photo Album

The boardwalk, Halifax Nova Scotia. This is how Nova Scotians keep our beer cold, and from being stolen by the pesky Newfoundland Beer Raiders. Part of a structure that survived the great Halifax explosion. I believe this is a 1950's Destroyer, perhaps it is a frigate. It is docked in Bridgewater Nova Scotia. If you have the full details, send me an email. A floating museum, Halifax Nova Scotia.
Halifax Harbour, circa 1998. Not sure the name of this island, but it is near the mouth of the harbour, Halifax. An old man tending to his modl boats, Lockeport Nova Scotia. More of the tiny boats. They really ripped pretty fast in the wind. An old house in Lockeport.
HMCS St. Johns, docked in Halifax. Same ship, different angle. HMCS St. Johns. 57mm Cannon. Used for crowd control when the boardwalk gets too busy.
Summerville beach, Nova Scotia. The remains of a broken lobster trap, Summerville Beach, Nova Scotia. An abandoned train bridge, Summerville Beach, Nova Scotia. Thomas the tank engine? No! Its Theodore Tugboat! Not really...
